RAPID CONSTRUCTION GCCM
Rapid Construction Concrete Cement Blanket
Flexible Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat for Rapid Surface Protection
Rapid Construction Concrete Cement Blanket is a roll-form cementitious composite designed for applications where conventional concrete placement is difficult, slow or equipment-intensive. The dry cementitious matrix is factory integrated into a reinforced textile structure and activated with water after deployment.

PERFORMANCE
Three Thickness Classes for Different Engineering Conditions
5 mm · Type I
The lightest configuration, suitable for applications where lower material weight and efficient coverage are priorities.
8 mm · Type II
A balanced configuration for general erosion-control and surface-protection requirements where greater thickness is required.
13 mm · Type III
The highest-mass configuration in this range, intended for applications requiring increased material thickness and puncture resistance.
RAPID CONSTRUCTION
Why Roll-Form Concrete Can Reduce Construction Complexity
01
No Conventional Batching
The cementitious material is factory prepared before delivery.
02
Roll-Based Handling
Material is transported and deployed as a continuous roll.
03
Water Activation
Hydration activates the dry cementitious matrix after deployment.
04
Hardened Surface
The hydrated composite develops into a hardened cementitious layer.
INSTALLATION METHOD
From Dry Roll to Hardened Concrete Surface
STEP 01
Prepare
Prepare and grade the substrate. Remove loose debris, vegetation and sharp objects.
STEP 02
Deploy
Unroll the blanket and position it over the required area according to the project layout.
STEP 03
Fix
Secure edges, overlaps and critical areas using the specified fixing method.
STEP 04
Hydrate
Apply water uniformly to activate the cementitious material throughout the blanket.
STEP 05
Cure
Allow sufficient hydration and curing time for the cementitious matrix to develop its designed performance.
PROJECT SPECIFICATION
Specify the Material by Engineering Requirement
Application Type Slope, drainage channel, ditch, swale, erosion-control surface or infrastructure protection.
Coverage Area Length, width, total square meters and required roll configuration.
Hydraulic Conditions Water flow, runoff concentration, expected velocity and abrasion exposure.
Provide your application, coverage area, substrate conditions and required performance. We can help identify the appropriate thickness, roll configuration and technical specification.
